Chivas Brothers

Créée en 1838, la marque iconique débute lorsque James Chivas, associé dans une épicerie d'Aberdeen, commercialise ses premiers assemblages de whisky. Le boom de la production de whisky de grain va permettre à la nouvelle société Chivas Brothers de multiplier les recettes à succès de blended whisky en Europe et aux états-Unis. Racheté par Seagram - également propriétaire de la distillerie Strathisla qui en deviendra le malt de base - puis par Pernod Ricard, la marque est aujourd'hui mondialement réputée, et possède une très large gamme de whiskies allant de l'entrée de gamme au produit de luxe.
