Bruichladdich - Octomore

En 2002, le maître distillateur de Bruichladdich, Jim McEwan, souhaite créer le whisky le plus tourbé au monde avec Octomore, pour compléter la gamme, composée de whiskies non tourbés (Bruichalddich) et très tourbés (Port-Charlotte). Au-delà de sa concentration phénolique hors du commun, Octomore se caractérise par une démarche innovante dans l'assemblage et le vieillissement de ces spiritueux.
