Domaine North British - Ecosse Lowlands

North British

North British fut fondée en 1885 par un consortium d'assembleurs écossais qui souhaitaient briser le monopole de la distillation de grain de la DCL (ancêtre de Diageo). Elle fut pendant longtemps la distillerie de grain la plus productive d'Ecosse, et bien que la quasi-totalité de sa production ne soit réservée aux assemblages, quelques embouteillages de son single grain d'âge vénérable voient encore le jour.
