Monymusk

Monymusk est la marque principale de la distillerie Clarendon (National Rums of Jamaica) qui se trouve sur la plantation sucrière Monymusk d'où le nom de la marque. C'est aujourd'hui la propriété conjointe du gouvernement jamaïcain, de Demerara Distillers Limited au Guyana et de la Maison Ferrand en France. Clarendon a été construite en 1949. C'était alors une petite distillerie équipée d'un unique alambic Vendome, rejoint en 2009 par un alambic de taille plus conséquente et un alambic à cinq colonnes. Les chais de la distillerie se trouvent sur le site de la distillerie Inswood, également propriété de National Rums of Jamaica, fermée en 1992.
