The history of Brown-Forman goes back more than 150 years, known for being the first to sell whisky in glass bottles, in 1870. Today, the distillery owns three brands of whisky and has expanded its repertoire to include other types of alcoholic beverages. Over 15 years ago, the company embarked on a mission to take a more responsible approach to production that respects the environment and biodiversity. This way of thinking is vital to be able to produce high-quality alcohol. With this perspective, the company began to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, cut down on waste, manage water so that it was not used unnecessarily, and to only use sustainable packaging.
