Domain: Sullivans Cove

The Sullivan’’s Cove distillery was created in 1994, making it only the second distillery to be opened in Tasmania, after the Lark distillery in 1992. Once considered “the worst whisky in the world”, in the words of marketing manager Bert Cason himself, in 2014 the distillery was named Best Single Malt in the World at the World Whisky Awards, helping cement the international renown of this small Tasmanian distillery which produces only around a hundred casks per year.
