Founded in 1949, the Clarendon distillery in Jamaica is equipped with a 20,000-litre Vendôme still and a 25,000-litre Indian still known as Calendria-i, both of which are used to produce rums with an ester content of 600 to 1,500 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol.
A single cask selected by La Maison du Whisky, aged in bourbon casks in a tropical climate for 25 years followed by a year in Maison Ferrand cognac barrels in Ars. A limited edition of 354 bottles.
